Scientific Chair Announcement

The Ryan Lawrence Tourette Syndrome Foundation (RLTSF) is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Christos Ganos, MD, PhD as Scientific Chair of the Foundation.
Dr. Ganos is an internationally respected neurologist and researcher in the field of Tourette Syndrome and movement disorders, whose work has helped advance understanding, treatment, and advocacy for individuals living with Tourette Syndrome around the world.
As Scientific Chair, Dr. Ganos will help guide the Foundation’s scientific direction, educational initiatives, and research collaborations as the RLTSF continues its mission of supporting awareness, advocacy, education, and research.
We are honoured to welcome Dr. Ganos into this important leadership role and look forward to working together to make a lasting impact within the Tourette Syndrome community.

On April 23rd and May 16th (Ryan's Birthday & the start of Tourette Awareness Month) the CN Tower will be lit in Teal for Tourette Awareness. Throughout May 15th - June 15th you will see posts from the RLTSF and other TV, print and radio media thanks to the support from UHN, SickKids and Tourette Canada.

In late 2025, the RLTSF released the premiere episode of
Ryan's Tic Chronicles
an animated educational video series to enlighten, empower and educate the public on Tourette Syndrome
